Day 1 Arrival Muscat
No Meals
Upon arrival in Muscat International Airport, transfer to your hotel for check in. Overnight in Muscat.

Day 2 Muscat
Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
After breakfast at the hotel, you will begin your city tour with a visit to the Sultan Qaboos Mosque. It is the 5th biggest mosque in the world. Pass by the embassy quarter and enjoy the beautiful view of the Royal Opera House Muscat. Built on the royal orders of Sultan Qaboos of Oman, the Royal Opera House reflects unique contemporary Omani architecture, and has a capacity to accommodate maximum of 1,100 people. Afterwards, continue tour to Al Alam Palace, also known as Sultan’s Palace and the Sultan Qaboos Palace, is one among the six royal residences of Sultan Qaboos located in Muscat. It looks out to the Gulf of Oman and flanked by two Portuguese Forts called Al Mirani and Al Jalali. Then, visit Bait al Zubair museum and enjoy lunch at local restaurant for a chance to test Omani food. After lunch, proceed to Muttrah Souk, the oldest souk in Oman where you have the time for some shopping. In the evening, return to the hotel for dinner and overnight in Muscat.

Day 3 Muscat – Nizwa – Misfat Al Abriyeen – Muscat
Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and transfer to Nizwa via Fanja and drive through Hajar Mountain (1 hours 30 minutes’ journey). Upon arrival, visit Birkat al Mouz located at the foothills of Jabal Akhdar for photo stop. Birkat al Mouz is famous for its years-old mud brick fortress with stunning, colorful doors. Continue to Nizwa fort, the impressive 17th century fort’s design reflects the Omani architectural ingenuity in the Ya’rubi era that witnessed considerable advancement in military fortifications and the introduction of mortar-based warfare. Continue the tour to the traditional souq, for some shopping activity. Next, visit Misfat Al Abriyeen (1 hour), it is a unique mountainous village located 1,000m above sea level on the mountain foothills. The village boasts amazing agricultural terraces, beautiful alleys, and old houses built on top of solid rocks. The combination of these elements gives a visitor to Misfat Al Abriyeen a dramatic image from the viewing platform, which is a short walk from the entrance to the village. Lunch will be served at the village. In the evening, head back to Muscat for dinner. Overnight at Muscat.

Day 4 Muscat – Wadi Bani Khalid – Wahiba Sands – Muscat
Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Wadi Bani Khalid (2 hours 30 minutes), it is one of Oman’s beautiful wadis. The wadi has clear deep blue water and counts among the few wadis of Oman that hold water all year round. From the mountain springs, the water is led to the oasis where it sustains the typical date palms. The pretty villages of Wadi Bani Khalid cling precariously to the rugged mountainside. Spend some free time before heading to Wahiba Sands, a vast mass of undulating dunes rising up to 200 meters and stretching as far as the eye can see. It is also host to a variety of flora and fauna and one of the largest areas of pure sand desert in the world and the traditional home of the nomadic Bedouin. You will have lunch with one Bedouin family and enjoy experience of riding Camel, which are a common sight moving through the sands. The ever-changing patterns of the dunes are a photographer’s delight. After some exciting sand dune driving which offers excellent thrills and chills for all, head back to Muscat in the evening for dinner. Overnight at Muscat.

Day 5 Muscat – Departure
Breakfast / Lunch
After breakfast and check out from the hotel. Enjoy your lunch buffet at local restaurant and do some shopping activity until transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
