Day 1 Delhi – Srinagar
Lunch / Dinner
Upon arrival in Delhi International Airport, meet and greet with our representative. Transfer to the domestic departure hall for your flight to Srinagar. Upon arrival at Srinagar, you will be taken to the houseboat for check in. In the afternoon, visit the famous Mughal gardens of Srinagar, Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh. Built in 1633, Nishat Bagh is a garden of bliss that commands a magnificent view of the lake beneath the snow-capped Pir Panjal Mountain range. Continue to Shalimar Bagh, considered the high point of Mughal horticulture. During the Mughal period, Emperor Jahangir and his wife treated Shalimar Bagh as their imperial summer residence. Next, visit Chashma Shahi. The garden was developed on the orders of Emperor Shah Jahan in 1632 by Ali Mardan Khan around an abundant spring emerging from the slopes of the Zabarwan Mountains. The waters of the spring are renowned for their cool and rejuvenating qualities. Continue tour to the old city of Srinagar that has various sights to enchant the most jaded traveler. Its roads and bustling bazaars are a photographer’s delight. Return to your houseboat for dinner and overnight in Srinagar.
Day 2 Srinagar – Pahalgam – Srinagar
Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
After breakfast and check out from the houseboat, visit the floating vegetable market by Shikara. Next, you will be taken to full day excursion to Pahalgam (2 hours 30 mins). Located 95 km from Srinagar at a height of 7,200 ft, Pahalgam, known as the ‘Valley of Shepherds’, is a famous hill station in Jammu and Kashmir where many films have been shot. Pahalgam is surrounded by thickly wooded pine forests, breathtaking vistas of meadows and the snow-clad Himalayan mountains. Upon arrival in Pahalgam, you are free to explore the valley by walking or riding a pony (at your own expense). In the afternoon, return back to Srinagar for check in at the hotel. Overnight in Srinagar.
Day 3 Srinagar – Gulmarg – Srinagar
Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
After breakfast, you will be taken to full day excursion to Gulmarg (1 hours 30 mins.). Gulmarg is one of the most visited tourist destinations in Kashmir. You can view the Nanga Parbhat, the ninth-highest mountain on Earth if the weather permits. Enjoy the gondola ride from Gulmarg to Kongdori and return. After lunch, return to back to Srinagar. Overnight in Srinagar.
Day 4 Srinagar – Delhi – Agra
Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
After breakfast and check- out, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi, you will be taken for lunch before transferred to Agra (4 hours). Upon arrival in Agra, check in at the hotel. Overnight in Agra.
Day 5 Agra – Delhi – Departure
Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
In the early morning, you will be taken to Taj Mahal (close on Fridays) before sunrise. Built by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his queen, Mumtaz Mahal. Taj Mahal is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and was declared a winner of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Return back to the hotel for breakfast and check-out. Next, visit Agra Fort, the former imperial residence of the Mughal dynasty. The prominent edifices inside the fort are Jahangiri Mahal, Khas Mahal, Anguri Bagh, the ornamental bath Shish Mahal and Masumman Burj where Shah Jahan died as a captive of his son Aurangzeb, passing his last days gazing at the Taj Mahal. After lunch, you will be transferred to Delhi (4 hours). Upon arrival in Delhi, enjoy dinner before your flight back to Kuala Lumpur.
