Day 1 Arrival in Kunming
Upon arrival in Kunming Changshui International Airport, transfer to the hotel and check in. Overnight in Kunming.

Day 2 Kunming
Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be taken to Haigeng Park, a serene lakeside retreat offering awe-inspiring vistas of Dianchi Lake and Western Hills. The lake is well known for a place for migratory Siberian seagulls to search for food during the month of November to March. Next, proceed to the Shuncheng Mosque, one of the oldest and most significant mosques in the region with a history that dates back over 400 years. Then, continue to explore Chongren Street and Shuncheng Commercial Street nearby. You are free to enjoy your shopping and the scenic views. After dinner, return to hotel and overnight in Kunming.

Day 3 Kunming – Sakura Garden – Stone Forest

After breakfast at the hotel, embark on a 65km scenic drive to Sakura Garden. Marvel at the gorgeous sight of Winter Cherry (Winter Sakura) blossoms in full bloom. The garden is famous for its large collection of cherry blossom trees that blooms during the winter months typically from December to January. Afterwards, proceed to the Astaxanthin Factory a red pigment that belongs to a group of chemicals called carotenoids and commonly used in skin care products. Next, you will be taken to visit the Stone Forest, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a geological marvel. Walk through labyrinthine paths flanked by majestic stone pillars, sculpted by millions of years of erosion into shapes that resemble ancient trees, mythical creatures and even human figures. Take a break into the Small Stone Forest where the intricate rock formations create a maze-like landscape, perfect for a leisurely stroll and a closer look at the delicate details carved by nature’s hand. After dinner, return to hotel and overnight in Kunming.

Day 4 Kunming – Jiaozi Snow Mountain

After breakfast at the hotel, set off on a 2hours and 30minues journey to the majestic Jiaozi Snow Mountain. Rising to an impressive 4,247 meters, this natural wonder boasts a stunning array of karst formation, alpine meadows and vibrant flora. Its pristine lakes mirror the mountain’s beauty, while winters blankets the peak in a pristine white coat. Ascend by cable car to the main center of the mountain. Begin your hike to the summit of Jiaozi Snow Mountain. Explore the diverse flora and fauna along the way, and take in the panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. After dinner, return to hotel and overnight in Kunming.

Day 5 Departure

After breakfast at the hotel, head to Burning Cream Center, renowned for its production of Chinese herbal cream that addresses various skin ailments. Then enjoy a relaxing walk through the Dounan Flower Market, the largest flower market in Asia with over 5,000 species of flowers and millions of flowers are sold on daily basis. Dubbed as the “City of Flowers”, Kunming boasts a stunning variety of floral beauty, thanks to its unique climate that encourages blooms all year round. Next, treat yourself to a shopping adventure at the bustling Luosiwan wholesale market and as the day winds down, take in the iconic sight of Kunming’s Golden Horse and Jade Rooster Archways. Experience the vibrant nightlife of Kunming at the Nanqung Night Market before heading to the airport for your departure.
