Day 1      Arrival – Taoyuan – Taichung – Chiayi
Dinner
Arrive in Taoyuan International Airport. Transfer to Taichung to visit the Zhongshe Flower Garden. It is suitable for nature lovers, with its remarkable landscape and for its different kinds of blossoms ranging from tulips to sunflowers, and even lavender. It is also famous for its miniature displays like a grand piano and windmill that is perfect for picture taking. Head to Chiayi for hotel check in. Overnight in Chiayi.

Day 2    Alishan National Park
Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner
After breakfast at the hotel, depart to Alishan National Park. Travelers shuttle around the area and are amazed by the forest greenery, stunning sunrise and beautiful clouds. Aside from the Sacred Tree, there are lots of attractions worthy of visiting such as the ethereal Sister Ponds, Four Sister Tree, and Forever One Love cypress stump. Experience the Alishan Forest Railway. It is divided into the Main Line and Branch Line with total of 85 kilometers. The railway passes by three forest forms; tropical forest zone, warm forest zone and temperate forest zone which climbing its way from Chiayi Station at an elevation of 30 meters up to Alishan Station at an elevation of 2,216 meters. Visit the tea farm before return back to hotel. Overnight in Taichung.

Day 3     Fruit picking and Sun Moon Lake
Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, depart to Taiyi Leisure Farm to experience fruit picking with varieties from strawberry, passion fruit and tomato depending on the seasons. Next, head to Sun Moon Lake to enjoy the boat ride. Sun Moon Lake is a beautiful alpine lake located in Taiwan’s Yuchi Township, Nantou County. Lalu Island in the middle of the lake separates the lake into a part shaped like a crescent moon and another part shaped like a round sun; thus, the name Sun Moon Lake. Afterwards, you will visit the Lingzhi shop before heading to Taipei. Transfer to hotel for check in. Overnight in Taipei.

Day 4     Taipei City Tour
Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner
After breakfast at the hotel, visit the Vigor Pineapple DIY workshop before heading to Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall. It is a national monument, landmark and tourist attraction erected in memory of Generalissimo Chiang Kai-shek, former President of the Republic of China. Next, visit the Taipei Mosque or Taipei Zheng He Mosque. It is the largest and oldest mosque in Taiwan and the most important Islamic structure. Afterwards, head to Taipei 101 for a photo stop before heading to Ximending shopping district. It is a popular shopping district and entertainment district known for its vibrant atmosphere and diverse offerings. Head back to hotel and overnight in Taipei.

Day 5     Taipei – New Taipei – Taipei

After breakfast at the hotel, you will be taken to the jade handcraft shop. Next, you will be taken to Yehliu Geopark, a geo park shape by nature in the wind over millions of years. The nature shape sandstone structure has some very interesting resemblance in the like of the Queen’s head, mushroom, ice cream, etc. Afterwards, visit the Shifen Waterfall. Torrents of water thunder down this curtain-type fall like a white satin sheet. As the water plunges into the large, deep pool beneath, it raises mists that often enshroud the falls. On sunny days, the mists paint dazzling rainbows in the blue skies: a sight that has earned the waterfall pool the nickname of “Rainbow Pond”. Because its bedrock slopes in the opposite direction of the water flow, Shifen Waterfall is a cascade-type waterfall similar to North America’s Niagara Falls, earning it the nickname of “Taiwan’s Niagara Falls”. You will also be taken to visit the Shifen Old Street. It is a bustling hub for those eager to get a glimpse of an old railroad town which still retains the charm of yesteryear. Originally built to transport coal, the Shifen Old Street stop has now become one of the most popular on the Pingxi rail-line. One of the popular activities is releasing the sky lantern; you will be able to write your wishes on the lantern before igniting and releasing it to the sky. In the evening, return back to hotel. Overnight in Taipei.

Day 6      Taipei – Taoyuan – Departure

Breakfast and check-out from hotel. Free at your own leisure until transfer to airport for departure.
