ITINERARY

Day 1 Arrival in Banda Aceh – Ulhe Lhe
Dinner
Upon arrival at Sultan Iskandar Muda International Airport, you will be taken to the Lambaro tsunami victims’ cemetery where up to 46,100 people are thought to have passed away and buried there. Proceed to visit the Rahmatullah mosque, which is one of Aceh’s most well-known buildings that survived the devastating tsunami that struck the region. Proceed to Ulhe Lhe where you can find a stranded former power-supply ship drifted 7km away from the seaside close to Kampung Punge. Dinner and check-in to hotel. Overnight at Banda Aceh.

Day 2 Banda Aceh – Lampulo
Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner
After breakfast and morning prayer at the hotel, head to Kampung Lampulo. You will then be taken to visit a peculiar structure which was a result of a wooden ship stranded on top of a house during the previous tsunami. Next, proceed to visit Aceh’s local history and archaeology museum in a traditional house where you can learn more on their culture, artworks and manuscript. Afterwards, you will be taken to visit the late Sultan Iskandar Muda’s tomb and head to the Raya Baiturrahman Mosque for your prayer. Followed by shopping at the local market. Diner and return to hotel. Overnight at Banda Aceh

Day 3 Banda Aceh
Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner
After breakfast and morning prayer at the hotel, you will have an option to visit the orphanage house where the tsunami victims are currently housed. Next, visit the Baitul Makmur mosque for your prayer. You will then be taken to some souvenir shops to pack up a few mementos of your trip. These shops offer a variety of local crafts, textiles, and other unique items that capture the essence of the region. Dinner and return to the hotel. Overnight at Banda Aceh.

Day 4 Banda Aceh
Breakfast
After breakfast, morning prayer and check out from the hotel, you will be taken to the airport for your departing flight.
