Day 1  Arrival Almaty
No Meals
Upon arrival in Almaty International Airport, you will be transferred to the hotel for check in. The rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight in Almaty.

Day 2  Almaty – Shymbulak – Almaty
Breakfast
After breakfast at the hotel, you will enjoy a panoramic tour of Almaty, where you will visit the Memorial of Glory, a memorial complex in Almaty installed in the park named after the 28 Panfilov Guardsmen. This memorial commemorates the 30th anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War. Afterwards, you will explore Panfilov Park and Zenkov Cathedral. Next, you will ascend to Shymbulak by cable car which situated in the scenic ravine of the Zailiysky Alatau Mountains, at an altitude of 2,260 meters above sea level, just 25 kilometers from the center of Almaty. The lifts begin their descent from an elevation of 3,163 meters above sea level. Return to the hotel and overnight in Almaty.

Day 3  Almaty – Charyn Canyon – Almaty
Breakfast
After breakfast at the hotel, embark on an excursion to Charyn Canyon which located 236 km from the city on the Tian Shan mountains near the China border. The Canyon is a 154-km-long natural monument formed from 12-million-year-old sedimentary rocks. Its most famous feature is the ‘Valley of Castles,’ known for its unique rock formations. The canyon also preserves a rare grove of relict ash trees, surviving since the glaciation era, with only one other such grove in North America. The canyon’s diverse landscapes support a wide range of flora and fauna. Though smaller than the Grand Canyon, its beauty is equally stunning. Then, you will be transferred to Kolsay Lakes, one of the most beautiful lakes near Almaty, often called the ‘blue necklace of Northern Tien Shan.’ Its stunning beauty is unmatched, and ‘Kolsay’ means ‘a lake in the valley’ in Kazakh. Return to the hotel and overnight in Almaty.

Day 4  Almaty – Almarasan Gorge – Almaty
Breakfast
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be visiting Ayusai Visitor Center at Almarasan gorge. Experience a show of hunting birds, available from April to October during the warmer months. Almarasan Gorge is a popular spot for leisurely walks, ideal for those who prefer to enjoy the beauty of nature without climbing peaks. It is located to the southwest of Almaty. Next, visit the Chocolate Market and the Green Bazaar, where you can purchase souvenirs, fresh and dried fruits, nuts, and chocolate made in Kazakhstan. Return to the hotel and overnight at Almaty.

Day 5  Departure
Breakfast
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight departure.
