Day 1      Arrival – Taoyuan – Taipei
No meals
Arrive in Taoyuan International Airport. Transfer hotel for check-in. The rest of the day will be free at your own leisure. Overnight in Taipei.

Day 2      Taipei
Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be taken to learn about the history and cultural significance of pineapple cakes in Taiwan. Known as “ong lai” in Taiwanese, the pineapple symbolizes prosperity and good fortune. You will have the opportunity to participate in Pineapple Cake DIY baking activity afterwards. Next, visit the Taipei Mosque or Taipei Zheng He Mosque, the largest and oldest mosque in Taiwan and the most important Islamic structure for your quick break. Afterwards, head to Taipei 101 mall a premier shopping center in Taipei, offering a blend of luxury, culture and modern retail experiences. Continue your tour to Shifen to experience the unique and symbolic sky lantern activity made famous during the annual Pingxi Sky Lantern Festival. You will get the chance to release your lantern to the sky making it a magical experience for tourist seeking for cultural immersion and memorable moments. Head back to hotel and overnight in Taipei.

Day 3      Taipei – Yilan – Taipei
Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be taken to Yilan to visit its cultural gem dedicated to preserving and showcasing Taiwan’s rich heritage, the National Center for Traditional Arts. Located along the Dongshan River, it is both an educational hub and a tourist attraction where visitors can immerse themselves in traditional Taiwanese arts, crafts and performances. Afterwards, head back to Taipei to visit Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall. This memorial hall is a grand tribute to Taiwan’s former leader that includes exhibition spaces showcasing the history of Taiwan and Chiang’s life. Next, you will be taken to Ximending shopping area. Located in the Wanhua District, Ximending is the hotspot for street fashion, pop and youth culture which is often compared to Tokyo’s Harjuku or the New York’s Time Square. Head back to hotel and overnight in Taipei.

Day 4      Taipei
Breakfast
After breakfast, you will be taken to visit Yehliu Geopark. Observe the world-renowned natural wonder famous for its unique geological formations. Shaped over thousands of years by wind and sea erosion, the park offers and otherworldly landscape that captivates nature lovers and photographers alike. Next, head to Tamshui Fisherman’s Wharf a waterfront area known for its beautiful views, seafood and relaxed atmosphere. Afterwards, you will be driven to Tamshui Old Street where you can continue to soak in the riverfront atmosphere while shopping for unique souvenirs. Then proceed to visit Shilin Night Market, one of the largest and most popular night markets in Taipei. Located in Shilin District, the market is famous for its bustling atmosphere, local snacks and variety of goods, making it a highlight of any trip to Taipei. Head back to hotel and overnight in Taipei.

Day 5      Taipei – Departure
Breakfast
Breakfast and check-out from hotel. Free at your own leisure until transfer to airport for departure.
